As Vice President, Client Service, she loves being a thinking partner to each of her clients. She excels at building long-standing partnerships and has been instrumental in the growth and success of many of MarketView Research's key accounts. Always committed to excellence, she combines her enthusiasm and energy with a wide range of quantitative research methodology, design and category expertise to continually uncover invaluable insights that can transform client strategies and direction.
Currently living in (and loving!) North Carolina with her husband Mike and their two amazing kids, she’s a Jersey girl at heart. Shanna’s interest in consumer behavior research began at UCONN, and she still cheers on her beloved Huskies today. On the weekends you’ll find her on the sidelines supporting her kids’ athletics or getting involved with charities closest to her heart including Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research, local food banks and water.org.
