Qualitative Insights Director

As MarketView's Qualitative Insights Director, Rachel brings over 15 years of consumer research and marketing experience to the team. In her role, she is responsible for managing and growing the practice, as well as strategically guiding our clients' qualitative initiatives. 

Innovative in her approach to qualitative research, Rachel combines traditional methods with new, advanced techniques- including Friend Groups, Facebook Groups, online discussion boards, and mobile ethnographies- to facilitate deeper insights and connections with consumers. Her vast category experience includes CPG, Beauty, Cosmetics, Food and Beverage, and Private Equity/ Venture Capital firms.

Rachel received her BA in Adolescent Psychology from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine. When she’s not interviewing consumers, you’ll find Rachel working out or spending time with her kids (and encouraging them to work out with her!). A fitness enthusiast, she received her personal training certificate last year and loves helping people live a healthy lifestyle.
