Gail's passion for learning, building client relationships, and delivering research excellence has fueled her career journey from client service to entrepreneur and executive. A driven leader, she has built a record of success for over 20 years as President and Founder of MarketView Research, playing an integral role in defining the firm's culture, driving top line growth and profitability, and innovation.
A strategist and market researcher at heart, she began her career at research firm MISI International, working her way up from client service to a top executive. In 1999, she left MISI to found MarketView Research- with a vision to create a client-focused, innovative, tech-driven research firm focused on product lifecycle research and helping top brands bring products to market. Through the years, MarketView Research has fueled the growth of thousands of products and services across CPG, beauty, household and personal products, professional services, pet care, beverage and consumable goods. Additionally, the firm has also brought to market proprietary products to support clients' needs including MyOpinionNow.com panel, and SpotOn point-in-time research.
Today, her continued commitment to excellence is evident. She believes that collaboration is at the heart of successful teams and critical for exceeding clients' needs. She promotes ongoing learning and development to optimize capacity and performance to continually provide top-notch client service, research and insights to every client. And her vision today is clear- to build on the firm's rich history of client services and research and propel MarketView Research into the future with an eye on innovation, strategic practices and progressive processes, partnerships and operations to drive continual growth.
When she's not guiding her teams and clients to success, Gail loves to spending time with her family skiing, entertaining, and traveling.
